MyDirectives® Teams with Humana

Digital Advance Care Planning for Select Members

 

CHICAGO – Dallas, Texas-based ADVault, Inc., announced today at the annual Health Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) conference that its MyDirectives.com and MyDirectives MOBILETM services will be used by health and well-being company Humana Inc. for select members seeking digital emergency, critical and advance care planning solutions. 

An emergency, critical and advance care plan is a comprehensive document that can include elements of a living will, healthcare power of attorney and a person’s thoughts on specific medical treatments and preferences. A thorough plan, when accessible, can help people and their medical teams share important information about the individual’s healthcare.
